Government of Nepal may issue necessary orders or instructions to the fund to carry out its operations in accordance with the purpose of the fund after examining the necessary investigation of the operations of the fund or when deemed necessary. In that way, it will be the duty of the fund to comply with the orders or instructions given by the Government of Nepal.
